DVB Debate: 'Transition must be at the centre of Educational Reform' (English)

At this week DVB debate,Dr. Yin Yin New, leader of the President’s Education Advisoary Team, said that sihe believe there must have a right centralization at this moment of transition.
Concern with the centralization in the controversial national education law which is approved by the president on September 30th.
Dr. Nyo Nyo Thin, a Yangon Region parliamentarian, argued that the authority of the Education Commission should be limited.
This week DVB deate, Dr. Yin Yin New, leader of the President’s education advisory team; Dr. Nyo Nyo Thin, Yangon Region parliamentarian; Dr. Khin Zaw, retired rector of Yangon University; and Phyo Phyo Aung from Action Committee for Democratic Education were the panalists.
