Mabel's Blunder, a 1914 Keystone comedy, stars Mabel Normand who also wrote and directed this little 13 minute 2 reeler.
This was one of the 25 movies selected to be added to the National Film Registry of the US Library of Congress in 2009. The film was selected to honor Mabel for her enduring contribution to American culture. Mabel's Blunder was released by Mack Sennett's Keystone Films October 1914 and was Normand's 172nd film although she had only been in the movie business for 4 years, having started at Vitagraph in 1910. This film is in the Public Domain and I believe the Fotoplayer music rolls to all have been created before 1923, so are also in the public domain.
