Official: US expected to take in 110,000 refugees in 2017

The United States is expected to take in 110,000 refugees from around the world in the coming year, a senior Obama administration official said Wednesday. That's a nearly 30 percent increase from the 85,000 allowed in over the previous year. a State Dept. spokesman told NBC News.
