"Night Owls" 1990

Vaya Con Dios est un groupe belge qui s'est constitué en 1986 autour de la chanteuse Dani Klein avec Dirk Shoufs (bassiste), Willy Lambregt, (guitariste), Jean-Michel Gielen (guitariste), Philippe Allaert (batterie).
Leur premier titre « Just a friend of mine » aux consonances hispaniques séduit la Belgique, aussi la France. 300 000 exemplaires de cette chanson se vendent. Peu après, Willy Lambregt quitte le groupe. En 1991, Dirk Shoufs qui s'en ira notamment travailler avec Isabelle Antena : il décède en 1992.
En 1996, le groupe se sépare, Dani Klein ayant interrompu sa carrière musicale. Vaya Con Dios a vendu 7 millions d'albums et 3 millions de singles. En 2004, nouvel album "The Promise".

They had some international success with the songs "Just a Friend of Mine" (a hit in France), "What's a Woman?" (a number 1 in the Netherlands in 1990), "Nah Neh Nah" (1990), "Don't Cry for Louie", "Puerto Rico", "Heading for a Fall", "Johnny", and "Don't Break My Heart".
In total, Vaya Con Dios have sold more than 7 million albums and more than 3 million singles.
