The Kollur Mookambika Temple, located at Udupi District of Karnataka state of India is a Hindu temple for Mother Goddess Mookambika. It is situated in the foothills of Kudajadri hills, on the southern bank of Souparnika River. Being situated in the land between Gokarna and Kanyakumari, it is believed to be created by sage Parashurama, which finds a spot in the 108 Durga Temples as well as Shiva temples in the ancient Kerala, since Lord Shiva is also considered to be present in the temple. The main deity of the temple is a Swayambhu (self-born) Jyotirlinga with a golden line cutting it into half, in which the left half represents Tridevis (Saraswati, Lakshmi, Parvati), and the right half represents Trimurtis (Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva). Along with this, a four-handed panchaloha idol of Goddess Mookambika is also installed. Though located in Karnataka, most of the devotees here come from Kerala. 'Ratholsava' in the month of Phalguna and 'Navaratri' in the month of Ashwina are the main festivals in this temple.
