There is nothing more embarrassing for an NBA player than an air ball. The crowd will let you know how bad it was as they rain down chants of "Air ball! Air ball!" It looks even worse when you're LeBron James, even worse if he air balls a free throw. That is exactly what he did in his game against the Rockets. Not to be outdone, Joakim Noah thought he was a shooter and threw up an awful air ball. Take a look at both.
