The non-believers and bigots complicate life as much as possible

ADNAN OKTAR: When the Prophet Moses (pbuh) says, "God commands you to sacrifice a cow," the hypocrites of the era immediately broach the subject just for the sake of snobbery. "What kind of cow?” they ask. Just for the sake of snappishness and villainy. Any kind of cow will suffice. God commands you to sacrifice a cow, so just find a cow and sacrifice it. But to give the Prophet Moses (pbuh) a hard time and make it look like he lacks the proper knowledge, culture and manners, they dwell on the subject by asking "what kind of cow?" They say, "If you talk about a cow, you have to tell us its attributes." When he explains them, they say "This won't do. You have to describe it further." He describes the cow in greater detail, but they say, "We need more details." And God says; "They sacrificed it, but they almost would not do it." They ask for more and more details. "He should describe the cow to us," they say. There are many reasons lying behind their behavior. First of all, they are against sacrificing a cow because of their respect towards Egypt and its religious beliefs. Secondly, when the Prophet Moses (pbuh) tells them to sacrifice a cow, the hypocrites ask for many details which show that they have obsessive personalities. The commandment of the Quran confirms this. In the pre-Islamic ignorance era, people were very obsessive. They cannot shed themselves of their obsessions and want to do everything in their way. If they cannot, they virtually go mad. For example, they have to live in an old house, or they have to use a certain comb. They cannot get rid of their obsessions. They highly obsess over everything; how to eat, how to drink, how to sit, how to stand up... They impose their obsessions upon others.  They want others to be like themselves. As these hypocrites are quite obsessive, they want to inject people with their obsessive philosophy, spirit. It is actually easy to get a cow and sacrifice it, but what they desire is the life to be complicated. This is the way of the irreligious; they want the life to be complicated, hard and intricate. They do not want people to lead comfortable, peaceful lives. They do not want a simple, modest Islamic conception. For example, if Islam exists, it has to be highly complicated. Performing prayers has to be difficult. It has to take quite a lot of time. The verses to be read have to be lengthy. Tasbihs [the repetitive utterances of short sentences in the praise and glorification of God, in Islam] have to be lengthy.  According to them, performing tasbih three times is laziness. Repeating it seven times is average, nine times is barely acceptable, but they believe that the more it is repeated, the better. For example, according to them, performing prayer is only acceptable if it is done until the feet begin to hurt. They tell about it as well; "The feet of Our Prophet would swell from performing prayers,
