I am Dr.Khawar, Today I will share remedy for constipation. Constipation is infrequent bowel movements or difficult passage of stools that persists for several days to several weeks.
Constipation is generally explain as having less than three bowel movements in a week.
Constipation is very common. Chronic constipation makes life very difficult that can interfere with their ability to go about their daily tasks. Constipation may cause excessive straining to have a bowel movement and other signs and symptoms.
Stools are hard or lumpy which pass out with serve straining sometimes with bleeding.
Causes of constipation are so many but I will tell you about risk factors of constipation have:
.Being an older adults
.Being a woman
.Being a dehydrated
.Diabetes
.Pregnancy
.eating foods which are less in fiber contents
.getting no daily exercise or physical movements
.taking certain medicine such as pain killers, sedatives etc
.Depression
.Consuming bakery products especially in children
In this remedy we are using:-
1) Gajar (Carrot Juice) 250ml
2) Angoor (Grapes juice) 30ml
3) Palak (Spinach juice) 30ml
Gajar (Carrot) contains vitamins, minerals, fiber contents and carotene, which is a precursor of vitamin-A. Carotene also available in cow’s milk only, which is very much beneficial for eye sight problem and other diseases.
Palak (Spinach) is more digestive than all the vegetables and having more fiber content. The regular use of palak relieves constipation.
Grapes are also digestive; it contains proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, calcium and iron. The people which are suffering from gas trouble and heaviness of stomach, the use of grapes are very useful for them. If they use grapes with breakfast in the morning, they get rid of this problem.
For preparation of remedy take one glass 250ml of carrot Juice and 30 ml of grapes Juice, 30 ml of palak Juice shake them well and use daily in the morning for better results. This will not only relieves your Constipation but also improve your health status.
