Before all you readers out there gasp in shock at this piece of spicy gossip, allow us to rain on your parade and clarify that Johar is seen lusting for Ranbir in Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Bombay Velvet’, which releases today.
In the film, Johar is seen essaying the role of an implicitly gay media baron named Kaizad Khambatta, who takes street tough Johnny Balraj (Ranbir Kapoor) under his wing. The fun starts when in some scenes of the film, Johar’s character is seen discreetly leching at Balraj and glancing at Ranbir’s crotch while suggesting that he adopt the name ‘Johnny’! Not only this, Khambata also demands to know why Balraj chose Rosie over him in the climax sequence! Needless to say, such scenes evoked many wicked guffaws.
Even while at the launch of the second trailer of the film, Karan Johar had made jokes about incidents that happened during the shooting of the film and said, "............................................................................"
