Malaika Arora Khan: 'Celebrities get ripped for what they wear and how they look'

Malaika Arora Khan, who is the style director of a leading shopping website, says that fashion is a tough business and she knows it first hand as celebrities get ripped for what they wear and how they look almost every day. At a recent event, related to her fashion portal, when the actress was asked if fashion business is easy or difficult, she said, ''It's not easy at all, we get ripped for what we wear and the way we look practically every second day of our lives.'' ''We launched The Closet Label in 2011 and we have had our shares of trial and errors and our own goof ups but over a period of time we have now realised what we want and in what direction we want to go, the kind of women we are catering to and I feel it's all about easy, simple, dressing and we have kept it at that. But we can't sit back and relax saying 'oh now we know what they want' and being a style director I put in a lot of thought in cuts, prints, material and silhouettes every single day,'' she further added. Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu is also a part of The Label Corp.
