Aaron Hernandez identified in court as shooter in 2012 double murder

A man who was with the two people killed allegedly by Aaron Hernandez in Boston in 2012 testified at a pre-trial hearing Tuesday that Hernandez was the gunman in the attack. Prosecutors allege that an accidental dance floor bump and a spilled drink at a Boston club in July 2012 agitated Hernandez, causing him to follow the car carrying the victims and open fire at a stoplight. Hernandez is already serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for a 2013 murder.
