On Working With Khans, Parineeti Chopra Says She Was Misquoted

It was recently reported that Parineeti Chopra has stated that she won't work with the Khans, as she won't have anything to do in those films however at a recent event, the actress clarified that she never said anything like that and that she was misquoted. At the Diva'ni store launch in Mumbai, Chopra said, ''That comment was blown out of proportion. It was an answer to a question that I was asked. I was asked if I was being offered films with senior actors and I said yes, I have been offered those films but I didn't have much to do in those films. I didn't specifically take anybody's name and I am too new an actor to do something like that.'' ''It's a very insensitive thing if any actor says that. I have been offered films in the past which I have said no to, but I'll never talk about films which I'm not a part of, I will only talk about movies which I'm doing. It was not entirely a true statement and I think it was unfair for the publication to quote me in such a wrong way, '' she further added. Parineeti has so far worked only with young actors like Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Ranveer Singh and Sushant Singh Rajput and in her upcoming films- Daawat-E-Ishq and Kill Dil too she will be sharing screen space with Aditya Roy Kapur and Ranveer respectively.
