Shah Rukh Khan To Star In Anurag Kashyap's Next?

Anurag Kashyap, who is presently busy with his upcoming directorial venture Bombay Velvet, wants to cast superstar Shah Rukh Khan in his next. Reportedly, Anushka Sharma, who will play the lead role in Bombay Velvet, had arranged a meeting between Anurag and SRK in London. Sources claim that SRK may play the lead role in the filmmaker's upcoming film Alwyn Kalicharan. However, insiders also claim that Khan will not star in Alwyn Kalicharan but in another film written by the director. Shah Rukh, who is presently busy shooting for Farah Khan's Happy New Year, will take a decision on Anurag's film once he wraps up Happy New Year. Reportedly, Anurag had signed Anil Kapoor to play the lead role in Alwyn Kalicharan, almost a decade ago, however the film, which was much ahead of its time, got shelved due to monetary issues.
