KEPLER 1B (TrES 2b) - Darkest known planet in universe.

TrES-2b, also known as Kepler 1b, looks a lot like Jupiter. They both have nearly the same size, and it orbits a star that is similar to the sun. Kepler 1b, a gas giant, reflects less than 1% of the light which strikes it. In other words, it absorbs huge amount of light, so much so that it is considered the darkest planet. It is darker that black acrylic paint or even anthracite coal. It is speculated that the atmosphere of the planet has chemicals, or mix of compounds which gives it a creepy dull red look. Orbiting only about three million miles away from its star, Kepler 1b planet is heated to 980 degrees Celsius.
