In a Latin American state, a secret radar system has been implanted inside a military airbase. Upon learning the information, James Bond has been ordered to destroy the radar system as soon as possible. Bond disguises as Col. Luis Toro with the help of his local associate. Entering the airbase, he manages to get to the secret radar system area. As he is just about to plant a bomb in the system to destroy it, the real Col. Luis Toro appears. Bond is captured by his men and taken captive. Mission to demolish the radar system primarily fails in this phase ...
