Momo or Dumpling is a type of steamed bun with some form of filling. Originated in Tibet, this dish grown immense popularity among people of Nepal, Bhutan, Indian state Sikkim. US and UK are among two developed nations, where this dish is also very popular.
This is also a variety of Chinese Dim Sum - which traditionally are served as fully cooked, ready-to-serve dishes.
