Local celebrity Carl Downer once again shared his words of wisdom with commuters in a video shared to Facebook on Monday, January 30.Downer, who shot to fame “following the Olympics in 2012”http://metro.co.uk/2012/08/12/meet-the-london-2012-olympics-unsung-heroes-who-made-it-a-success-533477/, was filmed by London tailor Leon Browne at his usual haunt, Victoria Station.
