Velazques claims that this workout will use many muscles that your body often neglects. The workout includes 5 reps per side of a clean and rotational press and 8 reps per side of turkish getups. Next, do 5 reps per side doing planks with drag and ten reps per side of a plyo lunge. Finally, do a single arm bent over row with ten reps per side. Rest for a full minute and do five total rounds for a full-body workout.
