Great grandmother meets daughter after spending a year apart

A heartwarming video has emerged from of a 97-year-old great grandmother meeting her 76-year-old daughter after spending a year separated.
The video, captured on Sunday in Akron, OH, USA, shows the moment the mother Evelyn surprises her bed-bound daughter Sharon at a family meeting.
As the mother enters the house, they both fall into an emotional embrace.
''My great grandmother broke her pelvic bone a few years ago and it's very hard for her to leave her house and my grandma has congestive heart failure and is completely bed ridden,'' the filmer later wrote online.
''Our family decided to get them together for the first time in over a year.''
''They were both over the moon happy,'' she added.
