voici un live d'une artiste pour qui j'ai composé deux morceaux qui sont en cours et prochainement écoutables....
Glendora Woodard
Singer, songwriter, producer, Jazz-Gospel composer Glendora Woodard began singing and writing at an early age and has been performing on stage at indoor and at outdoor concerts. Glendora is a native New Yorker and has established a name for herself with a style uniquely her own. In 1972 she formed the group The Gospel Reflections and has performed all around New York City. She sang at Mt. Olivet Gospel Church (her Grandfathers church) and many out door events including Madison Square Garden, the Baby Grand, Central Park, Grants Tomb, Prospect Park and various churches in New York. During that time she has been on stage with such artists as Della Reese, Tramaine Hawkins, Alex Haley and the Haley Singers, now known as K-Ci and Jo, Jo. Glendora is well known as a gifted songwriter, keyboard player and producer. Her unique Jazz-Gospel style has always been ahead of its time. She has written many songs such as Just for You, Heavenly, Ordinary Love, New York Lights, It's Real and That's When You Know. Glendora co-produced a compilation CD Relations, Friend of My Heart and is currently completing her new release In Your Presence. She was a guest on Richmond's Smooth Jazz radio station 93.1 where New York Lights was aired in remembrance of 9/11. Glendora has performed at the Friday's at Sunset summer concert series held at Kanawha Plaza in Richmond, Virginia where she now resides and has opened up for George Duke, Ramsey Lewis, Gato Barbieri, Mindi Abair and Buddy Guy. Whether Glendora is performing on stage or the courthouse steps, you will find a pure and natural truth present that speaks only of the love, life and the reality of the creator. Take a few minutes and listen to the music of an awesome songwriter.
