The Altitude
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Canadian whisky
.5 oz Manzanilla sherry
.5 oz Rainforest elixir*
1 barspoon Bénédictine
3 dashes Islay Angostura bitters
Garnish: Balsam sprig
Glass: Nick & Nora
*Rainforest elixir:
Macerate rose, thyme, anise, hyssop, red bush, monarda and oxeye daisy in 15 oz of brandy and 30 oz of overproof vodka, then age it for 28 days, strain out the botanicals and sweeten it with wildflower honey.
