Twitter's new fix for its abuse problem may be its most effective yet

In recent months, Twitter has done a lot to try and combat the harassment of some of its users, rolling out new fixes every few weeks. Yesterday's fixes stand to be its most effective yet. Twitter has finally given users the tools to decide who they receive their notifications from, meaning that they can practically block anyone they don't want from tweeting them. The new feature is currently only out for Android and the Web but will soon be out for all devices.
