by Jeff DonlanIsrael is blazing a trail in the field of medical marijuana. The Israeli government will soon allow local industries to export medical-grade cannabis. More than 500 Israeli companies have applied for licenses to grow and export marijuana. They will combine their expertise in agriculture, technology, and cannabis-based medicine. Over 100 studies in Israel are looking into the potential health benefits of cannabis.  By 2025, the global market for medical marijuana is expected to reach $50 billion.
