According to the trailer, Britney’s Lifetime movie is recreating everything from her rocky marriage to K-Fed to her infamous head shaving meltdown...
Lifetime’s biopic “Britney Ever After” may not have been approved by Britney or her team, but that’s not stopping the network from showcasing all the significant events from Brit’s rise to fame in the most real and raw way.
Natasha Bennett plays Britney in the film, and she totally nails Brit’s sweet Southern accent in the narration featured in the trailer. The trailer also shows how the film will highlight the most significant and dramatic events from Brit’s life, including her relationship with Justin Timberlake, her wedding to Kevin Federline, and, of course--her very public and disturbing 2007 meltdown.
The trailer alone is giving us flashbacks to old school Britney and we CANNOT get enough of it! Plus, there are SO MANY dramatic and iconic moments from Brit’s life, that it’s kind of amazing they were able to pack them all into one movie.
Despite the teaser mostly showcasing the difficult times in Britney’s life, it also shows some of her best moments and triumphs, and how she persevered through those hard times. It’ll definitely be interesting to see how Natasha and the other actors tackle the tall order of playing some of the most famous and beloved figures in pop culture today, including Brit herself.
