Norway police detonate explosive device found in central Oslo

Norway's security detonated Police immediately evacuated local bars and restaurants. Oslo police confirmed the device, which was neutralized, was found in the Groenland underground station and a suspect was arrested. The incident in Norway comes two days after truck ramming in Sweden and a bombing in a St. Petersburg subway station.
