15 अप्रैल तक तो रिलायंस जियो की सेवाएं मुफ्त में आपको मिलेंगी, लेकिन अगर उसके बाद भी आपने कंपनी के किसी प्लान से अपने नंबर को रिचार्ज नहीं किया तो फिर 16 अप्रैल 2017 से आपकी सेवाएं बंद की जा सकती हैं। यह जानकारी खुद रिलायंस जियो ने अपनी वेबसाइट के सवाल-जवाब सेक्शन में डाला है। अगर आपने अपने नंबर पर कोई पैक एक्टिवेट कराया और फिर उसकी वैधता खत्म होने के बाद भी आपने नंबर को रिचार्ज नहीं किया तो आपको 90 दिनों का समय मिलेगा। 90 दिनों तक आपके फोन पर मैसेज और कॉल आएंगी, लेकिन उसके बाद आपका नंबर बंद किया जा सकता है।
