Vulgar dance of bar girls on 'Bihar Diwas', Councillors showers currency notes

This video of Bihar has gone viral where in a vulgar dance was organized and that too on the expense of public money. Bihar’s Sitamarhi district administration organized a cultural program on the occasion of Bihar Diwar in which vulgar dance was performed. The Councillors of the district showered currency notes on the dancers.
