India to build satellite station in Vietnam to monitor China

India will set up a satellite tracking and imaging centre in southern Vietnam that will give Hanoi access to pictures from Indian earth observation satellites . These satellited cover the region - including China and the South China Sea and offering an eye on China. This will strengthen the bond between India and Vietnam but on the other hand could irritate china as both have long-running territorial disputes.
