Oil tanker explosion kills 12 in northern China

A shocking video has emerged from China of the aftermath of an oil tanker explosion which killed 12.
The footage, captured in Baoding, Hebei Province on May 23, shows a huge cloud of smoke rising into the sky from the vehicle.
According to local news, the oil tanker was involved in an accident with another vehicle which triggered the explosion.
The blast resulted in 12 casualties and three people were reportedly severely injured.
Many surrounding houses were damaged.
