Hurricane Matthew is expected to pass close to city of West Palm Beach in Miami early Wednesday, October 6. Florida and South Carolina, as well as parts of
North Carolina and Georgia, have declared state of emergency, with millions of coastal residents warned to be ready for evacuation.
