GIBRALTAR — One of the the world’s largest private yachts was recently spotted sailing in Monaco following sea trials in Navantia shipyard in Cartagena, Spain and final tests in Gibraltar.

At 143 meters tall, Sailing Yacht A is 10 meters higher than the Big Ben clock tower in London. It features the three tallest carbon-fiber masts in the world, Yachting & Boating World reported.

The vessel is reportedly piloted using touch-sensitive controls, meaning its gigantic sails can be raised and lowered by the swiping of a screen.

Using a sail-assisted motor it can cruise at speeds of up to 16 knots, according to yachting news site Yacht Harbor.

The yacht will likely be manned by a crew of 54, and will also feature eight floors, a helipad, swimming pool and various other features.

The vessel was ordered by Russian billionaire industrialist Andrey Igorevich Melnichenko in August 2015. It was photographed in Monaco on May 4, according to the Sun.
