Vegetable Biryani / Biriyani Recipe:

this dish can be done with any type of vegetables you have and ultimate the tasty will be very satisfied.

for this we need nomal biryani whole masala and in addition to this some vegetables to give the extra taste to this biryani dish

Biryani is very popular in mughal time and we can have remembrance when we asked for the biryani in any hotel/restaurant in indian, straight we can remember the name of Hyderabadi biryani.

Ingredients
Basmathi Rice - 250 grams
Soaked for 30 minutes
Matar - 100 grams( green peas)
Ginger garlic paste -1 table spoon
Onion -1 and green chilli -5
Mint - 10 spings and cilantro - 10 spings
Tomatoes - 2
Carrot -1( pieces - 10)
Lemon -1
Potato- 1 big
Shajeera - 1 t spoon
French beans - 10
Bay leaf -1
Cloves -6
Nut meg -1 piece
Cinnamon sticks (2 inch size) - 2
Ghee - 4 table spoons
Biryani masala powder - 1 Table spoon
Salt - taste
