Kathy Griffin addresses fallout from bloodied Trump head photo

Comedian Kathy Griffin and her attorney Lisa Bloom held a news conference on Friday to address the controversial photo of herself holding up a bloody, decapitated fake head meant to resemble President Trump. During the news conference, Griffin said the first family is “personally trying to ruin my life forever…you guys know him, he’s never gonna stop.”
Griffin also said she is the subject of a Secret Service investigation, but did not provide any further information about the inquiry or if she was cooperating. Since the photo was posted Tuesday, she has lost her job co-hosting CNN's New Year's Eve special and had at least four comedy shows canceled.
