MLS Disciplinary Week 16: David Ousted instigating/escalating an incident

The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued an undisclosed fine to Vancouver Whitecaps FC goalkeeper David Ousted for instigating and escalating an incident in the 82nd minute of Vancouver's match against FC Dallas on June 17.
