Two Young Pennsylvania Children Mauled by Dog, Hospitalized in Serious Condition

Police say a pitbull terrier got into a minivan where a two-year-old and five-year-old were in their car seats, then began to attack them. A neighbor who helped the kids said one of them `didn`t really have a face` after the attack.
