Skinny snake tries to swallow a large frog

Footage has emerged from Russia of a skinny snake trying to swallow a particularly large frog.

The video, filmed near Saratov on June 22, shows the small but strong snake dragging the amphibian around while trying to consume it.

The frog can be seen trying desperately to resist the snake, but the attempts are eventually unsuccessful.
