Creeks were overflowing and roads were impassable in Utica, New York, after several inches of rain quickly fell across the city on Saturday, July 1.The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for Utica that extended into Saturday evening.As of 11:30 am, up to two to three inches of rain had fallen, according to reports. Many streets were closed due to flooding, and cars were seen floating on parts of the road.This video was taken from Reall Creek in Utica.
