00:00today we are going to make home remedy for piles, both bleeding and blind piles

00:16here are the ingredients

00:20this remedy is for both types of piles - bleeding and blind. it also works on fissures and fistula

00:27we need 1 cup of fresh cold cow's milk from the fridge

00:36we also need 1 lemon. we will squeeze out its juice in this milk

00:41remember to drink it as soon as you squeeze the lemon juice in the milk. no need to stir it

00:46do this for 7-10 days in the morning on empty stomach. you will see some improvement in a few days of starting this

00:55some precautions need to be taken. avoid fried & spicy food.

01:00avoid eating pickle and eggplant

01:04eat more green leafy vegetables and drink 2 glasses of water upon waking up

01:08drink normal temperature water not cold water

01:18doing kapalbhati and bahya pranayam along with this will benefit more

01:25doing Ashwini mudra will increase the benefits further
