Overall great experience. Was able to call in on Tuesday and have a scheduled appointment by Friday morning. Inspector arrived early and was very courteous and friendly. He was able to share findings as he went and offer suggestions for next steps or further investigations that may or may not have been beyond the scope of the standard inspection. The report was in the next day (on a Saturday no less). Would highly recommend to other realtors and clients!
