Moe, Larry, and Shemp reminisce about the sweethearts that they met in Europe during the war, who are coming to the States to marry them. Toasting their good fortune with some Old Panther (Distilled Yesterday), the boys wind up sozzled, leading to a seltzer fight and a hungover morning that finds Shemp's feet encased in a tub of cement. If they hope to meet the girls' boat, there's only one thing left to do... blast!
