This dinner roll is very very fluffy, soft and chewy.If you follow the recipe you will not be disappointed.This is a recipe for dinner rolls or some may call milk bun or milk bread. Its a basic dinner rolls recipe, many other kinds of bread items can be made out of this bread which I will be showing in my other videos.\r

Bread flour: \r
silicone baking mat: \r
Instant yeast: \r

Ingredients for 8 pieces of bread:\r
Bread flour 250g( 2 cups-poured in the cup)I recommend measuring in gram by scale.\r
water or milk 107g(110-120ml)(1/2 cup)(could be 2tbsp more or less depending on the size of the egg and the humidity of flour or how much butter you use)make a very soft dough. \r
milk powder 4 tbsp(25g)\r
large egg 1(51g)\r
yeast 1tsp (make sure good quality)\r
sugar 3 tbsp(37g)\r
salt 3/4 tsp\r
butter 3 tbsp(42g) or 4tbsp \r

(I made 9 pieces of bread)\r

bake 15 to 20 mins at 175°C(350°F)(depending on your oven type)\r
(25mins if you feel its under baked, under baked bread will feel dough like texture and smells more yeasty)\r
