Trump: 'bureaucracy' holding UN back

In his first speech at the United Nations, President Donald Trump urged the organization to reduce bureaucracy and costs, and to better define its mission around the world. Trump also believes that the UN has "not reached its full potential" because of "mismanagement." The United States is the UN's largest contributor.
