Learn to Draw for Beginners: Part 7 - Book

Want to learn how to draw a simple book? Drawing books is something every artist will need to do at sometime during their artistic career. Although this easy drawing tutorial is about drawing books the drawing skills you will learn you can apply to drawing buildings and many similar objects.This video will explain how to draw a simple book step by step. It will illustrate how a books edges are parallel, but may not look parallel when seen at an angle. It will also explain how, by using a vanishing point, that sits on your eye level, you can draw the edges of the book in perspective to make the book look as though it is seen from an angle. I also explain how to add light and shade to make the drawing of the book look three dimensional. All this information is useful if your are creating a still life drawing.

This video will motivate beginners to drawing as well as those looking to improve their drawing skills and sketching techniques.
