"Cold war, 1964. Soviet secret services decide to hire five spies to investigate western music. Their aim is to steal America’s last propaganda weapon : rock’n’roll. This incredible invention threatens the Soviet Empire that thus fears to be defeated. In 1967, our five secret agents are trapped by the CIA. Cryogenised, they will soon sink into oblivion. But in 2005, the US authorities take the decision to free the five spies, no more considering them as a real danger for their nation. After 40 years of hibernation, The Lost Communists are now well decided to conquer the world with their music. A solid rock’n’roll rhythmic section moved by rhythm’n’blues and soul music, diabolic riffs of a crazy organist transcended by a preacher man, The Lost Communists are highly influenced by 60’s garage music and more recently by Detroit’s In The Red productions…"
