Wagyu ribeye grilled with lump charcoal using the Weber 22.5, Craycort cast iron and the awesome Slow 'N Sear. Perhaps the most tender and flavorful steak I've ever had and I've had many! Wagyu simply translates to Wa = Japanese and, Gyu = Cow.
