Pakistan Army Brutally Torture Job-Seeking Youth in PoK

Neelam Valley, (PoK) September 26, 2017: In yet another incident of Pakistan's inhumane behavior in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), four youths were illegally detained and brutally thrashed by the Pakistani security officials in Neelam valley. The unemployed youths were seeking jobs at one of the worksite when Pakistani security personnel illegally detained and brutally tortured them at the behest of a Pakistani contractor.
