Ezekiel Elliott's hearing remains scheduled for October 30, but he is still eligible to pay against the Washington Redskins this Sunday. The NFL wanted to expedite Elliott's hearing on the temporary restraining order he received for a six-game suspension due to a violation of the league's personal conduct policy. Elliott has still played the entire season as the case was making its way through the courts. As of Week 7, the running back posted 219 yards with three touchdowns in the Cowboy's 40-10 victory against the 49ers.
