North Korean defector introduces 'famine meat' to South Korea

North Korean defector Hong Eun-hye is bringing her country's food to South Korea. In her new North Korean food store south of the border, she is introducing injogogi, or "man-made meat." It's an artificial meat substitute, made of soybean pomace and is a major source of protein for North Koreans who cannot afford to buy real meat. It first came to prominence in North Korea during the 90s famine.
