Votes are being cast for the Himachal assembly elections. 50 lakh voters in the province will decide the fate of 337 candidates standing in 68 seats. Till Thursday morning, many teams of the Income Tax Department are conducting raids at 80 locations across the state including the office of Jaya TV, controlled by Aidmk leader Shashi Kala, members of his family, supporters and former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha's Kodand Estate. In Delhi-NCR, the amount of pollution in the air is at alarming level and there is no scope for relief for the next two days. At the same time, the Delhi government has waited for the restoration of pollution.
