Shoppers Expect Free Shipping For Holiday Season

According to a new survey from Deloitte, 72% of shoppers plan to take advantage of free shipping this holiday season. Retailers risk losing customers if they don't offer free shipping since there are so many places that do. For most consumers, free shipping is more important than fast shipping, but they still expect to receive their packages within 4 days.
